After a voyage several thousands of miles long, the venerable nearly 50-year old Ilyushin IL-14 (msn 7343408) finally arrived at its destination: the building site of the new "Runway 34" restaurant at Zürich Airport, Switzerland, located just to the south west of Zürich’s runway 16/34. Note the freshly painted rudder, still silver-coloured during the ferry flight, which has now been painted blue to match the rest of the tail.
